Has motorcycling fever grabbed you tightly leaving no space for anything else in your life? Looking for other women motorcyclists to share your love of the road and wind? Look no further. Here is a great organization that gathers twice a year in the U.S. We now have over 60 chapters that meet more frequently to socialize, raise money for excellent causes, and of course, RIDE, RIDE, RIDE!

What's New in 2010?

New Generation Members

After a discussion at the last national meeting, a new idea has sprung forth to help bring in new WITW members that are younger than our average membership. Our goal is to encourage younger members to join and become active. We're calling this new program: New Generation Members (NGM).

So chapters, we're looking to you to recruit younger members, with incentive that they may get their first year of national membership free, and it is up to your chapter on how you handle chapter dues.

  • Any chapter with five or less members will be granted one free membership for a new member who has not reached her 35th birthday by the date she remits her membership application to the national office.
  • Any chapter with six or more members will be granted up to three free memberships for new members who have not reached her 35th birthday by the date she remits her membership application to the national office.

The program start date: July 15th, 2010.  NGM members who continue their membership in March 2011 will be required to pay full membership dues along with all other chapter members.

Chapters will submit the regular signed membership application to WITW national office. Please mark the application with NGM prominently marked at the top to explain why no check is included for this member.

NGM members will have rights and benefits same as all other chapter members. NGM members must be riding members.

WITW officers will evaluate this program and decide if it will be continued for the 2011 membership year.
